Our process specifies the steps we take to transform ideas and written briefs into finished products or projects.
By structuring our processes; we ensure that our research, creative, acquisition and leadership teams
effectively work together and increase project outputs, whilst reducing turnaround times.
There are 5 Stages:
1. Project Brief:
The brief sets the tone and scope of the entire project.
It outlines the main goals and ensures everyone involved with the project thoroughly understands the project and the skill contributions required to finish the project.
We are happy to sit down with you to discuss what we can do for you and how we will go about it. The result of the meetings will be a clearly written brief which is mutually agreed upon and becomes the basis of our working relationship to ensure we deliver services on time and according to the quality and functionality promised.
With the project brief we can gather as much relevant information as possible and eliminate any confusion that could result in extended timelines.
2. Project Research:
Research is the heart of all projects. To be able to better serve you and your customers, we arm ourselves with the latest information about market performances, target audiences and buyer needs and intensions.
3. Ideas and Concept Development:
This is the stage where ideas and concepts are put together to determine how the final project will look and feel. From brainstorming and idea sessions we will put together and present concepts and you can decide on which one you want to move forward with. This will make for a smooth graphic design workflow process that gets you the best results, fast.
4. Reviewing and Adjustments:
Feedback and reviewing plays an important role in the process. It ensures you’re able to give crucial inputs where required and that your vision can be brought to life with consideration of your business goals. For piece of mind we send feedback at the 10, 50 and 90% milestones.
5. Presentation of final product:
This is the final stage of the process and occurs when all monies have been paid up. Your designs and copy will be provided in file formats as agreed to and duplicates will be kept on hand:
should you require additional copies.
